9月7日の子育てサポートに「小さな料理会」のあやさんをお呼びし「毎日のごはん」についてお話いただきました。 いつも通り、親子でできる英語レッスンの後、いりこ、焼きこんぶ、いり玄米、いり豆、雑穀おにぎり、梅みそをいただきながら「あなたはあなたが食べたもので出来ている」という大きなテーマのもと、「食べるってどういうこと？」「風土の申し子」「地球の無駄遣いと食糧」「毎日のごはんが味覚を育てる」の四つのポイントについてお話をうかがいました。大変ためになるお話で充実した時間でした。あやさん、ありがとうございます！ On September 7th, we were joined by the very inspiring Aya-san, from 'Chisana Ryourikai', who talked to us on the topic of 'You are what you eat'. After our weekly lesson for little ones, we enjoyed some fried iriko, fried kombu, various grains, and a couple of bite-sized, delicious onigiri, while Aya-san introduced four topics 'What is eating?', 'You are the child of climate', 'A waste of the Earth's resources', and 'How we train our tastebuds with our everyday meals'.
