戸田屋さんと和菓子を作ろう Making Wagashi with Mr. Toda

This January, we were joined once again by the masterful wagashi chef Mr. Toda, of Todaya Shodo. Our students were very excited for the rare opportunity to make their own Jo Namagashi, and learn about the art of wagashi in English. We enjoyed crafting, and of course, eating our beautiful creations with a delicious cup of matcha tea, and also watching a demonstration of Mr. Toda truly inspiring work. Thank you very much to everyone who took part!
