Pancake Day marks the beginning of the Easter season, is an important part of the Christian calendar, and is a delicious way to learn about an important cultural event. With our special guest MOCO-CHOCO, we made and ate a pancake feast, played a few games and made some colourful Easter decorations as we learned about the meaning of Easter. Thanks to everyone who took part, especially MOCO, and our wonderful volunteer staff, we couldn't do it without you!
イースターの始まりを意味するパンケーキの日。イースターといえば、うさぎ、パステルカラーのたまごといったイメージはあっても、それがどうしてイースターのためなのか、全く知らなかった私（かおる）。今回のワークショップを通して始めて知ることができました。デコボコ英語におやつを提供してくださっている私たちのパートナー、モコチョコをゲストに迎え、イースターとパンケーキデーについて学びました。ボランティアの高校生たちの力も借りて、充実したワークショップになりました。みなさんありがとう！
